A bold yet refined expression, this Shiraz opens with aromas of dark berry compote, anise, and baking spice, underpinned by hints of mocha and subtle oak. The palate is plush and concentrated, delivering layers of blackberry, plum and cocoa wrapped in smooth, fine-grained tannins.

Bright acidity adds lift and freshness, balancing the wine’s generous fruit weight. The oak integration is seamless, guiding the red fruit flavours through to a persistent and long finish. A real bull trader with outstanding depth and intensity!

The first thing that strikes is the deep, dark, opaque colour. This is a soft and generous, more full-bodied Shiraz showing lavish texture and plump fruit characters. It’s dominated by a mix of plummy, blackberry and slightly liqueur cherry notes. The spicy integration of oak sits comfortably with the fine chalky tannins, displaying good depth and fruit concentration, with a vibrant lingering finish. Excellent wine for drinking in the next few years.

An inky-hued wine with dark cherries, figs and blackberries, thorn stems and turned earth. Bitter chocolate and coffee grounds. This is velvety with fine tannins and a richness to the rip, even fruit. An enjoyable wine with a smart price tag.
